The main phase of a large-scale modernization of the power supply system has been completed at the SOV complex.

As part of the modernization, an industrial uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system with a capacity of 1.5 MW was installed, a new 12-cell switchgear system was commissioned, additional underground cable lines were laid, and two new overhead power lines were constructed. In addition, the main power distribution node at the complex entrance was fully upgraded.

Thanks to these improvements, the stability of the complex’s power supply has been significantly enhanced. The new system allows for faster response to external disruptions, reduces the likelihood of emergency situations, and ensures more reliable operation of all internal engineering systems, services, and infrastructure.

This modernization is part of the long-term development strategy of the SOV project, focused on improving comfort, safety, and infrastructure quality for owners, residents, and guests of the complex.
