Laguna City is our latest project, currently under construction. Deliveries of apartments and studios in the first 3 buildings began in March 2025. The complex will consist of 9 buildings, arranged in 3 blocks of four floors, with a total of 171 apartments and 79 land lots ranging from 500 m² to 775 m².
