Dear friends!

We are pleased to inform you that we have a new Chef at the Restaurant María!

Soon we will announce some exciting updates and new delicious dishes on our menu. Stay tuned for our news and don't miss it out!

We invite you to meet our new chef - Roberts Moreira:

Born in Young, Rio Negro, Uruguay. In his youth, he left for Spain, where he discovered his passion for gastronomy. At the age of 19, he realized that he loves to cook, as well as the opportunity to pass his charisma and happiness to those who tried his dishes. He gained experience in a variety of gastronomy styles in France, Germany, Portugal, and Italy. He came to the Dominican Republic 14 years ago, where he directed, created, and mixed dishes for the island's most exclusive restaurants.
