The maximum amount of the discount for the buyers of Ocean Village Deluxe villas is US$5,000.

For other properties in Sosua Ocean Village (villas Campo Del Mar II, land lots and condos) the maximum discount is US$3,000.

We have recently opened a pool area with a large kids shallow pool and 2 adult pools. There is a variety of pool floats and comfortable chaiselounges available to fit all your family.

There is bar and cafeteria just next to the pools. Best place to spend an afternoon full of fun!

Now if you rent a property through our rental office at Sosua Ocean Village, you get a free entrance to Laguna SOV.
